Mr. Umar Bari has more than a decade experience working with USAID as a capacity building specialist. He led the identification of strategic needs and approaches to civil society capacity building in the context of the WASH sector and the USIAD Effective Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Services (E-WASH) project. Umar has provided support to government and civil society organizations for better services delivery through participatory organizational capacity development support and gender integration. He is a graduate of Bachelor of Information Technlogy in International University of East Africa, Kampala, Uganda
