MSM Kebbi Cement

A US$600 million first phase, and the template for a 12 Mtpa programme.

On 7 March 2025 in Abuja, the Kebbi State Government and MSM signed a Memorandum of Understanding for a modern cement plant in North-West Nigeria.

The path to 12 Mtpa

Each cluster adds around 3 Mtpa for about US$600 million, phased to follow demand and financing.
